STEM Project: Storm The Castle.

The students were given the task of creating a catapult that could fire a ping pong ball through a small window. The students drew designs, constructed their machines and tested the catapults accuracy.

Sports Team Dress Up Day.

The students dressed up in their favourite sporting team colours. Funds raised when to the Year Six Graduation gift to the school.

Learning Journeys.

We conducted our learning journeys in the last week of team. A huge thank you to the parents for attending. It was great to see the students sharing their achievements with their parents and caregivers.

Interschool 2017.

The Wattle Grove Primary School Interschool team won the Darling Range Learning Community Athletics Carnival. We would like to thank Mrs Oliver and Mrs Lowther for their help with the team. Congratulations to Abbey, who was awarded Runner-Up Year Six Girl Champion.

Wizard of Oz Production.

Congratulations to Logan and Zara who represented Room 26 in the school production of the Wizard of Oz. The play was entertaining and amusing. Well done to Mrs McIlwraith for all of her efforts into producing the play.

Book Week 2017.

During Week Six, the students enjoyed dressing up as their favourite book character for the Book Week Parade. 

Faction Carnival 2017.

The Faction Carnival was held on Monday. A big thank you to Mr Sherlock and Mrs Oliver for all of their efforts with the organisation of the carnival. Congratulations to Abbey and Karan for winning the Senior Champion Awards. Well done to Purple for winning the carnival.
